• Federal labor regulations
• Federal youth employment regulations
• Applicable state labor laws
• Applicable local regulations

The stricter rule always applies.

State Compliance Program

Certain states may impose additional requirements.

• Hour restrictions
• Parent consent requirements
• School attendance protections

The platform shall maintain a state-law compliance database and apply state-specific restrictions automatically where required.

User Responsibilities

Teen Workers

Teen Workers must:

• Provide truthful information.
• Perform work safely and responsibly.
• Follow all platform rules.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Communicate respectfully with customers, parents, and Senior Teen Supervisors.

Senior Teen Supervisors

Senior Teen Supervisors must:

• Provide guidance and support to assigned younger teen workers.
• Help younger teen workers understand job expectations and platform safety rules.
• Promote safe, respectful, and professional behavior during jobs.
• Report unsafe conditions, emergencies, misconduct, or policy violations immediately.
• Maintain good platform standing.
• Complete required safety and platform training.
• Follow parent/guardian restrictions and platform instructions.

Senior Teen Supervisors may not:

• Act as legal guardians.
• Override parent or guardian decisions.
• Accept illegal, unsafe, or prohibited work.
• Force younger teen workers to complete unsafe tasks.
• Represent themselves as employees, legal agents, or owners of the platform unless officially authorized.

Customers

Customers must:

• Provide accurate job descriptions.
• Maintain safe environments.
• Respect youth workers and Senior Teen Supervisors.
• Pay agreed amounts.
• Report concerns through the platform.

Parents or Guardians

Parents or guardians must:

• Maintain current contact information.
• Review teen participation.
• Provide legally required approvals.
• Set participation limits when needed.
• Review safety concerns involving their teen.

• Users must provide accurate account information and use their correct role.
• Teen workers ages 14-17 need parent/guardian involvement before jobs, messaging, and payouts.
• Clients must be admin-approved before hiring teen workers.
• Admins may review, hold, suspend, or block accounts for safety, fraud, policy, or legal concerns.
• Jobs must follow state and federal youth-work rules, platform rules, and family safety requirements.

Privacy Policy

1.1 Privacy Standards

The platform may collect:

• Names
• Contact information
• Date of birth
• Location information
• Payment information
• Account activity

The platform shall:

• Encrypt sensitive information
• Limit employee access
• Maintain secure storage
• Comply with applicable privacy laws

• Teen private home address data is stored separately from public profile data.
• Public profiles show job area, skills, certifications, and approved public details only.
• Private contact information is visible to the account owner and authorized admins for emergency support.
• Emergency alerts may share current job location with parents/guardians, emergency contacts, and admins.
• Payment cards and bank details should be handled by Stripe, PayPal, or another secure provider, not stored raw in this app.

Youth Safety Policy

Phase 1: Safety and Verification Standards

1.1 Emergency Safety Program

All users shall have access to safety tools.

Safety features include:

• Emergency Assistance Button
• GPS location sharing during emergencies
• Emergency contact notification
• Incident reporting system
• Safety review team investigations

Emergency reports receive priority review.

1.2 Teen Verification Requirements

Before accepting jobs, teen workers must complete:

• Identity verification
• Date-of-birth verification
• Phone verification
• Email verification
• Parent approval when required

False information may result in suspension or termination.

1.3 Parent Verification

Parents or guardians may be required to:

• Verify identity
• Confirm relationship to minor
• Maintain emergency contact information
• Approve participation when legally required

1.4 Customer Verification

Customers must complete:

• Email verification
• Phone verification
• Payment verification
• Address verification for in-person services

Additional verification may be required for repeat or high-risk bookings.

1.5 Senior Teen Supervisor Program

To promote safety, accountability, and job readiness, younger teen workers may be assigned or paired with an approved Senior Teen Supervisor.

Senior Teen Supervisors are experienced teen workers who help guide younger workers, answer questions, reinforce platform safety standards, and assist with job-related responsibilities when appropriate.

Senior Teen Supervisors must:

• Meet the platform's minimum age requirement for supervisory status.
• Maintain a positive platform standing.
• Complete required safety and platform training.
• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism.
• Report safety concerns, emergencies, or policy violations immediately.

Senior Teen Supervisors may:

• Provide guidance and support to younger workers.
• Help explain platform procedures.
• Promote safe work practices.
• Assist with communication and problem-solving.

Senior Teen Supervisors may not:

• Act as legal guardians.
• Enter contracts on behalf of the platform.
• Override parent or guardian decisions.
• Perform duties reserved for platform staff.

Senior Teen Supervisors are peer leaders who help support safe and successful job experiences for younger workers.

1.6 Zero-Tolerance Conduct

The following may result in immediate suspension:

• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Threats
• Violence
• Fraud
• Exploitation
• Grooming behavior
• Unsafe work requests
• Illegal activity

Payment and Payout Policy

Payments shall be processed through approved payment providers.

Customers shall generally pay before service begins.

Funds may be held until:

• Dispute resolution
• Safety review completion

Fraud Prevention

The platform may investigate:

• Fake accounts
