Real accounts
Every account can save a private address and phone number for safety. Contact details are not public and admins can access them only for emergency support.
User profile
Profiles show the right information for each role. Private address and phone live in a small Contact popup, not on public profiles. Admins can access contact info for emergency support.
Create or sign into an account, then open this tab again.
Settings
Settings are private to the signed-in user. Admin-only controls stay hidden unless an admin is signed in.

Job board
Public job records show job areas and meeting locations, never a teen's exact home address. Teen-visor coverage is mandatory for teen safety.

Legal job rules
This first ruleset uses the federal youth-work baseline and is ready for state-specific rules once you pick the first launch state. State rules still need legal review before public launch.
Qualification pre-test
Pre-tests help show readiness. They do not replace official training or parent approval.
Certification links
Add trusted online training links for CPR, First Aid, babysitting, and other readiness courses. Admins can add more links over time.
Supervised messaging
Client messages to teens require a parent or guardian in the thread. Scam phrases, outside payment requests, private contact details, and suspicious links are flagged or blocked.
Teen payouts
Teens can choose a Visa/debit payout destination or PayPal. For minors, parent/guardian linking and approval are required before payouts are marked ready.
Client job payment
Clients can pay for a job with Stripe card checkout or PayPal checkout. After completion, the payout can be queued to the teen within 24 hours.
Job completion
In production, this happens after the client marks the job complete and payment has cleared. The payout due time is set to 24 hours after completion.
Emergency support
The first version creates an emergency alert for parents and backup contacts. A future hardware integration can connect a Bluetooth or cellular pendant.
Teen-visors are 18-19 year olds assigned to group jobs so younger workers have an extra safety check-in person.
Ready to alert parent/guardian and backup contact.
